In February we spent a week with an academic researcher in Ingushetia. As well as conducting his research we took a day out to visit the rebuilt Chechen capital Grozny, took in the splendour of the Caucasus mountains covered in snow and visited the atmospheric museum to Stalin’s repression of minority people.
